Our Story

We’ve proudly called Wilton, CT our home for over 15 years and have owned and operated Naked Greens since we launched it in 2012. The idea came from our belief that healthy eating is an important part of a happy life and the realization that there were very limited quick-service options to eat healthy and fresh while on the go in the area, and that there is no reason why quick-service food couldn’t be also good for you, so a lightbulb went off: Why not give people a healthier alternative in an environment that is casual and friendly?. We got to work to develop and bring our ideas to life and came up with a concept, a look, a name and a menu that would resonate with people that valued quality and healthy eating at a reasonable price like we did. The process was a true labor of love with the help of friends and family who shared many unique family recipes from regions near and far. We stripped them down to the raw basics so we could offer only the cleanest, simplest ingredients and achieve the freshest possible flavors. We are proud to say that every recipe and flavor you taste has a bit of our history in it.

Our chefs and friendly staff bring a lot to the table: Two decades of soup-making expertise, colorful tastes and diverse experiences. But most of all, that love of sharing fresh wholesome food with a smile. How refreshing!
